About Info Inlet

Info Inlet is the parent company of App@once, a service that allows users to generate, modify, and deploy code. Info Inlet does not directly offer the App@once service or its packages.

Use of the Site

The Site is intended for informational purposes and platform access. To use Info Inlet’s platform, you’ll need to create a free account. Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is exclusively for your use.
• Info Inlet prioritizes security and may monitor account usage.
• Suspicious activities must be reported immediately.
• Inlet reserves the right to suspend access if unauthorized use or agreement violations are suspected.
• Using a single login for multiple users may incur additional fees.
• You may not use the Site or Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmitting any harmful or malicious code, such as viruses or worms.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site or Platform.

App at Once

The Site provides information about App@once, a separate service offered by Info Inlet. You cannot purchase App@once packages or access the App@once development environment through the Info Inlet Site. The Site will provide a link to the App@once website, where you can learn more and potentially subscribe to their services.

Platform Availability and Security

• Other circumstances beyond Info Inlet’s control
• Security: Info Inlet employs industry-standard security practices to protect the platform, your applications, and uploaded content. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access and maintain platform integrity.

User Content

• Content Ownership:
  • The content and operation of applications built on Info Inlet are entirely your responsibility.
  • You own the content, design, and workflow you create (except for Buyer Reviews).
  • Info Inlet may remove content that violates platform rules.
• Content Access: Info Inlet may access your content in specific situations, including:

  • Legal requirements
  • Enforcing platform terms
  • Responding to user complaints

Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: The content of the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Info Inlet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Trademarks and Branding:
  • Both you and Info Inlet retain ownership of your respective logos, names, and branding

  • You may not use Info Inlet’s branding for marketing or to imply official partnership
• Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Info Inlet’s content without express written permission.

As a user, it is your responsibility to comply with the terms of use and policies established by these third-party service providers. Info Inlet holds no accountability for the performance, reliability, or any issues that may arise from the use of third-party services.
• Content: Info Inlet may display content sourced from external providers on the platform. While we strive to maintain a high-quality experience, Info Inlet cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content. Additionally, any content deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, or in violation of platform rules may be removed without prior notice.

Confidentiality
